- Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, taking into account the flavor balance
- Support with menu creation and ordering goods
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen

Earnings from EUR 3,000 gross/month (full-time basis 40h) depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
- Trained chef or completed training at a school for the hotel and catering industry
- Several years of professional experience an advantage

Cook Apprentice
Apprenticeship period: 3 years

You learn with us:
- Preparation of Austrian, regional, seasonal and international dishes, taking into account flavor coordination
- Compilation of meals and meal sequences
- Application of the relevant safety regulations as well as the regulations on food law and health care
- Attractive presentation of food in various areas (à la carte, buffets, catering)
- Execution of orders according to economic aspects
Earnings
- 1st year of apprenticeship 1.000,- € gross/month
- 2nd year of apprenticeship 1.120,- € gross/month
- 3rd year of apprenticeship 1.320,- € gross/month
Receptionist:in
Full or part-time
Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out of guests and professional handling of their requests
- Ongoing processing of booking inquiries and reservations and creation of invoices
- Close cooperation with all departments
Earnings between EUR 2,800 and EUR 3,600 gross/month (full-time basis 40h) depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
- Completed tourism training (apprenticeship as a hotel and catering assistant, tourism school, etc.)
- Ideally several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of German, English and IT (MS Office)
- High sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, accuracy and ability to work in a team
Head of Service Department
Full or part-time
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, garden and seminar areas as well as the wine cellar
- Personnel planning, employee management and training
- Preparation of the gastronomic offer incl. calculations
- Guest services
Earnings from EUR 2,800 gross/month (full-time basis 40h) with appropriate experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
- Restaurant manager with several years of experience
- Team player and organizational talent
- High operational readiness
Housekeeping
Full or part-time
Your tasks
- Cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and general hotel areas such as restaurant, seminar and spa areas incl. plant care
- Replenishing cleaning products and guest items
- Taking over the rented laundry and distributing it in the respective storage rooms
Earnings EUR 2,000 gross/month (full-time basis 40h) with appropriate experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
- Professional experience in cleaning is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome to join us
- Understanding hygiene
- Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Wellness all-rounder:in
from 20 hours per week
Your tasks
- Massages, manicures/pedicures, cosmetic treatments, training sessions, wellness treatments and the like.
- Professional advice for guests when choosing from our wellness program.
- Responsibility for keeping the wellness/fitness area tidy incl. Ongoing activities such as looking after the saunas, steam bath, tea bar, etc.
Earnings EUR 2,300 gross/month (full-time basis 40h) with appropriate experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
- Completed training as a masseur, chiropodist, beautician, fitness trainer or similar disciplines
- Ideally several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of German
